One way to possibly convince tenants to run vinegar in the dishwasher is to tell them it helps the dishes to come through without water spots.

The landlord is pissed and although he was present when we put the couch in, and the couch never moved from its spot until I moved out, he wanted to know why I didn't put pads under it...had I known the floor could get damaged from it I would have but the thought never occurred to me, or him either apparently.

Your copy can say something that is particularly troubling to your prospect or you can make it more general, but either way people who are motivated to sell their home for dimes, nickles, or pennies on the dollar are in a tough spot of some sort.
