New member from Santa Cruz

Hi all!  

I'm a relatively new investor originally from London, England now residing in sunny Santa Cruz, CA.  I own a couple of rentals here in Santa Cruz county (both of which I renovated myself) and have a background in construction. 

I'm looking to get into some more BRRR or flips and would like to connect with local wholesalers, or others who have experience with flipping in this area.
