Good afternoon BP friends,I just received refi money from my first BRRRR strategy deal.

Good Afternoon,I am currently in pursuit of my real estate license and am sorting through my options for during and post license course.

I am fairly flexible but am in a broker training class the next couple weeks each early afternoon.

Good afternoon BP family, Im a newbie in the Killeen, Texas area.

Now this is getting strange.Because I attended an afternoon class in government on verbal judo, it really taught me to be a more milder and gentler person. :) The speaker/instructor was a MO HP Officer who was very good.

We choose the day and give the tenants the choice of morning or afternoon.

My shingles were installed that afternoon. 

I was supposed to call them back this afternoon, but I hesitated because I didn't want to talk to them without having the financing ready in case there was a great deal, but needed cash right away.I will need to call them tomorrow either way, but I was just wondering what to do in the coming days.. should I be looking for the deal first and look for a way of financing later?

Learned this afternoon my offer did not get accepted.

I had a conversation with my attorney this afternoon and passed along some of the considerations I received here on BP.
