Anyone have any luck with getting good deals through the on-line bidding process with Hudson and Marshall?

I have currently placed 3 bids for a house, and I am waiting on a final response.

Thanks.

Will

Great success, closing on one in 2 weeks. I put in a low ball, got rejected, it went to auction, and I picked it up during the post auction process before it goes back on MLS.

I had 2 things in my favor. I know the H&M process because some of the REOs we list go to their auctions, and the asset manager for H&M and I got to know eachother well over a month of back and forth emails.

Property was listed for $142,500 and my final winning bid was $114k. Has minor structural, ARV is $220k.
