Verbal Judo…a must read…!!!

I don't know if it has been mentioned before, but the book "Verbal Judo" by George Thompson is a great read for anybody. Dealing with difficult people (renters) and situations is something we all face on a daily bases. Wether at the grocery store, or in traffic…we all face difficult people and situations.

I highly recommend it…has anyone else read this book?…if so, what were your thoughts and how have you applied it in your life/business?
