Mastermind Group

Are there any groups out there that focus on learning about and acquiring apartment buildings? I am looking to join or create a type of mastermind group where we have regular google hang outs with accountability to learn about and acquire apartments complexes. I have been flipping homes for 15 years now and really want to get into multi-family the next 5 years so I don't have to rely on the flips for income.

I live in Portland OR but with the internet our group can be anywhere in the US. I know that I will need to buy anywhere a great deal can be found and am willing to fly around to check out properties that fit our criteria. I am working on getting investors around so we have the cash to move forward on our first deal.
