I just learned that she did move out a couple of weeks ago but is not answering my calls or texts.

She texted me and told me that she needs to stay until end of August in hopes that this new complex will take her.

I would love to get the time back though.For example, I have logins to 2 banks, plus 6 property management companies that often utilize temporary one-time passwords that are sent by text upon logging in. 

After you congratulate yourself you will want to send a letter, call, text and door knock for each unit letting them know who you are, how to pay, reach you, submit work orders, emergency details etc. 

(they have still not paid rent for January) so I sent the following paraphrased text a few days later..."
