Cold Calls or Direct Mail?

Logan Clark

Are people more likely to respond to a phone call about buying their property or a post card/yellow letter. I’m trying to put myself in a normal person’s shoes, and I feel like I’d be more inclined to answer a phone call and discuss selling my home rather than responding to a post card or yellow letter.

What are your opinions??

@Logan Clark I think cold calling has a higher ROI. You ultimately want to get people on the phone, so Cold Calling is more "direct" in that sense.

But, marketing strategy efficacy varies by market. You might want to trial and error. If I were you, I'd start with cold calling. It's cheaper, and you can get on the phone with sellers immediately (it's more active rather than passive).
