Hello,I have experience renting mid term rentals by the unit, but not yet but dividing living room or a studio. 

They sell it on Amazon for about $7 or $8 -- it is also available at most hardware stores (Lowe's, Ace Hardware, Walmart, etc).

In addition, there's a lot of catalysts for job and population growth incoming here with Nationwide, Amazon, Intel, Honda, etc.

Other scenarios that could be tenant specific would be renting out an additional space as an office or art studio space within the house, then I'd definitely include that as well.
