Good Zipcodes in Delaware to invest for ARV and Cashflow

Hi Guys,

I have been seeing some traction in zipcodes around Wilmington Delaware which are becoming really good to invest in. With a lot of infrastructure around the Wilmington river front, 4 warehouses by amazon near the new castle and Middletown, it will be a blue-collar/white-collar growth area. I am looking at zipcodes 19808, 19801, and 19720 as potential zipcodes. Any thoughts on what zipcodes you think are good for investing in Delaware? Pros and cons of investing in Delaware. Feel free to share your thoughts.
