Hello,

I have experience renting mid term rentals by the unit, but not yet but dividing living room or a studio. I have watched some bigger pocket podcasts where they rent they somehow divide the living room. What do you guys think about this ? Do the tenants in the bedrooms like this?

What do you mean by splitting it? It is easier to find two applicants who are willing to be roommates and pay flat rent. Splitting would still hold common restrooms and kitchen.
