What to do with 500k in Investable Assets?

Long time BP member and done 3-4 flix & flips. Fortunate enough to have liquidated assets- what to do with 500k in todays market? In Denver, with 7% interest rates the numbers are HARD to make work. Please advise

    I think it depends on your goals. If you dont own a primary you could house hack.There are tons of high cash-flowing deals at relatively low PP in Cleveland if you're looking to build passive income. Theres Great appreciation in Columbus if you want to make a long term play
