I currently work for a Fortune 500 company and it pays the bills and I have a nice apartment, car, lifestyle w/e.

Fortunately, I have had a good team helping me manage the buying/rehab/selling process here in NV and have flipped 4 units since the beginning of this year.

I do it on every property because my first house had issues with Orangeburg, and cost me a small fortune to dig up and replace.  

@Morgan Carmichael , the topic of fortune builders had been covered often in the forums, so please forgive me as I cut and paste a previous response of mine.I agree with @J Scott that the experience you gain from your first flip is worth far more than the $19000-$33000 tuition to attend the Fortune Builders Mastery class offered by Than Merrill.

Having some issues finding a duplex that does not need to be completely gutted or isn't asking a small fortune.

I've had the fortune of a great corporate job in IT for 17 years but am tired of corporate america.

I don't have much to offer yet in the RE business, but I have been fortunate to meet some very key flippers and investors throughout my racing career, and have a very large national reach.  

Executives at any of the Fortune 500 companies here in town.Sorry if this comes across as bragging.  

Fortunately, there is enough equity in the loan we are accelerating to cover our investment.
