Buying, Rehabbing and Flipping from outside of US

Hello everyone! I live in Singapore and have been investing in real estate flips in Nevada for about 2 years.  Fortunately, I have had a good team helping me manage the buying/rehab/selling process here in NV and have flipped 4 units since the beginning of this year. I would like to pull this off in other states that have a strong flip market, and I understand that having a strong management team, good processes, good understanding of sourcing for great valued properties from distressed home owners, wholesale, auction or otherwise, and a great network of contractors and buyer/sellers are key to success. The ability to control the time taken for a flip is also very important as it significantly impacts on the annualised returns.

I would greatly appreciate it if there are anybody who knows of PM / contractors / flip specialists / agents who would be willing to partner in this endeavour. Currently, I am looking at Maryland, New Jersey, Florida, and Texas, but am open to any other states. I think the team is more important. :)

I'll also be in the states until the end of the month and would be more than happy to fly over to have a chat to see if there could be opportunities to explore together. Thanks very much for you time and assistance!
