Ciao everyone!
New soon-to-be investor here. 27 years old & current professional athlete with a HUGE passion for RE. Have been studying and self-teaching myself RE and forms of REI for the last 7 or so years, and am finally in a place in my career where I can start making a realistic move towards my REI goals.
Just wanting to say Hi and maybe hook up with some local REI from NWI/chicagoland area. I'm doing my best to learn the wholesaling aspect and then move into flip properties, but being a hands-on learner is giving me some struggles when doing all this reading!!
I don't have much to offer yet in the RE business, but I have been fortunate to meet some very key flippers and investors throughout my racing career, and have a very large national reach. If I have anything that could possibly benefit any of the IN investors here, including my time, please reach out. Id love to partner up and get some hands on learning and offer anything I can in return.
