Hello Guys, I'm a newbie, in my first week learning wholesaling . I know it's going to be a journey learning the ends and outs of REI and running a business. I'm willing to put in the work! In my past I held a real estate license (nj) I let it go though. I currently work for a Fortune 500 company and it pays the bills and I have a nice apartment, car, lifestyle w/e. I'm looking for more to supplement my income and own something that's the real goal. Locate and attend 3 different local REIA club meetings great place to meet people gather resources and info. Here you will meet wholesalers who provide deals and rehabbers (cash buyers). Find them through Google and meetup.com
