I've been flipping single and multi-family properties in Texas for awhile now and just started to hold a few as rentals.I've been fortunate to find buyers and renters pretty quickly (typically less than 30 days) but was wondering if there is an investor market I could tap into that would pick up single or multi-family rentals.
