Hi everyone.  One of my favorite things about the mobile home park business is the business! You meet new people, you see exciting things, you hear stories that are unbelievable. I thought I would start a thread to share some of my story. 

Because sometimes 23k gets you a decent kitchen in a brand new home.

Because sometimes a quick coat of paint beats rust : )

Because when you are checking out parks in the DFW metroplex , you just have to drive by Mark Cuban's house.  Sorry for being a creep Mark!
