Howdy, my name is Wesley, and I live in Pittsburgh. I'm entirely new to BiggerPockets, and I'm interested in wholesaling and flipping. I don't know my a*s from my elbow is residential, but I work as an oil and gas title Director for a Fortune 500 energy company with a degree from Wharton. This isn't intended to be boastful, I just want to establish that I'm hungry and not entirely incompetent. I think learning should be exiled am, so I'm happy to talk through any oil and gas questions that anyone has regarding deals or oil and gas rights in general. Just DM me, and we can talk.
