If you’re area also is hard for deal finding I’d suggest things like old-school networking (can be virtual if doing social distancing) to get on a lot of wholesalers lists and of course finding agents with good leads.

I think the main reason we can do this, is virtually all our closing are at a small handful of title companies that we use regularly.
