The data below is from the MIBOR Realtor Association for Marion County, IN. It shows median home prices in Indianapolis were up 18.6% in January year on year. Pending sales were up 16.4% while new listings remained virtually unchanged. This will continue to create a shortage of inventory in the market. Day's on market have dropped from 57 days to 40 days, so homes are selling very quickly.
