Hey, all! I'm new to this site. I'm looking for literature to get me started learning about the business of BRRRR. I became a real estate licensee to help my parents in the process of selling their home and buying two properties from it. Their goals are to transition into retirement while managing a business in BRRRR. Books, articles, any media is welcome. Thank you in advance!
