Hi Everyone I have a client who is interested in buying land and building a residential home as well as a large out outbuilding to start a mechanical shop. 

Are there any loopholes for guests to stay for more than 30 days (can they start a new booking?)

Managing it, and building a relationship with the city will make it easier for you to start investing in non section 8 rentals and doing the work it needs to get them approved by the program.
