Tips for beginners investing with little funds

Aidan Swienton

Hello all!
Currently, I am working on renting out my extra room in my 2 bed, bath condo. I am reaching out to see what recommendations you might have to get more attention on the listing. Also, what are suggestions on how to bring investing in real estate with some funds (have around $600 from a current contract job).

I am eager to and determined to get to work. Also, have visualized in achieving financial freedom through real estate is possible. Lastly, I am interested in focusing on condos rentals because I own a condo along with all the HOA details that are present in a condo community property. Would enjoy hearing feedback and advice on what beginning steps I need to take to get this thing rolling.
