So why have all the dead weight.If you're looking for tech solutions I know that there are a few cheap options to offload some of the basics.

Hi everyone, I’m looking to find some quotes for a mixed use building I’m looking to put a bid on.

Likely a mix of factors: STR tax, shark fears and potential increase of supply (still TBD).

The numbers certainly look good in those areas on paper, but I can say after having a mix of A & C properties 90% of your issues will come from the C properties.
