Property Management in NJ
Hey BP.
Currently I self manage my rental properties. I recently have become a real estate agent and have thrown the idea around with my broker about starting to do PM under his brokerage.
It's a small office, the brokerage is not affiliated with any of the big companies.
Any insights would be appreciated, specifically for NJ if possible.
I plan to use the same systems I use for my own rentals, I use Tenant Cloud for the management software.
Thanks!
Alex
