Investing In Rentals In Atlanta, GA

Hi! I’m 23 years old and live/work in Atlanta. I work at a general contractor as an estimator (100% commercial, also 100% in the office) and I’m hoping to start investing in rental properties in Atlanta. I’ve been a lurker for a while and I’ve been working with a real estate agent for the last few weeks and I feel like I’m getting closer and closer to finding a deal I can wrap my head around. I’m largely leaning on my agent, advice from coworkers, and what I’ve learned through BiggerPockets.

I’m hoping that someone might be willing to trade some free labor (I’m in good shape and I’m a quick learner) for experience in renovating, and any other general advice you might be willing to give. If free labor isn’t enticing, I am also quite tech savvy (and good with Excel), if that is something you’re looking for. I can also babysit. My point is, I’m hoping I can offer something in return. But anyways... let me know!
