Can anyone suggest other ways for me to get money for the purchase and the rehab costs.

Instead of 'returning' deposit from '15, and having two remaining write new check, can anyone suggest wording/letter that I could have the moving out tenant sign stating something along the lines of 'I, ____, have received my full deposit back, including interest, from my roommates Xname and Zname and do not expect any additional monetary return from my landlord, _____' ? 

I sent him a PM suggesting that HML would not be in his best interest for buy and hold and suggested conventional financing.

I would also suggest finding local supply stores to find out where you can buy tile, kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanitys and sinks.

@Cassidy Burns  Same way you find a mate, you've got to kiss a lot of frogs...I usually do the planning but I listen to the contractors suggestions.

I'm looking for suggestions on how to utilize my connections with contractors & home builders to find investors for development of residential properties.
