New Member from Missouri
Hi,
my name is Denise. My husband and I are interested in learning about real estate and are very motivated to start flipping houses. After a long time in the military we finally bought our first home here in Missouri and have been updating it ever since. We share a passion for building, designing and DIY projects.
We recently participated in a free workshop called the flipping formula but after doing some research discovered that we could find the same information and help on here and decided to go that route instead.
We have 4 children so we are trying to find an good source of income to provide a bright future for them and have fun doing it. Like I mentioned before we enjoy projects and in the area we live in are several places that need some TLC to shine.
Since we are new to flipping houses so we are looking for information on how to get started and how to find financing as well as properties. We got some good information out of the seminar we went to but without paying the fee, we are not granted any access to the investment info we are looking for.
Well that is a little bit about my family and I as well as our goals ;) I hope I can learn from others experiences and make new friends.

Hello to all and welcome aboard Denise! I totally use the keyword alert for 'Missouri' to snipe people in my area! I'm in Columbia MO and have 2 rental properties in southern Columbia. Looking to expand my little inventory of rentals! Glad to acquaint myself to you all!
