Hi all, new member here from Louisville, Ky.
Hey everyone!
I am a newbie to this group from Louisville, Ky. I have been listening to Bigger Pockets podcast as well Investing in Real Estate. The talks have continually sparked my interest in the subject and I am wanting to move towards investing. I'm 27yo and soon to be graduating from optometry school. I currently invest in the stock market but am looking for an outlet where I can really put my investments to work for me, creating a real estate business seems to be a good fit. Buy and hold investments at the moment sound right up my ally and I would like to move towards multi family units. Any suggestions on how to get started or create a business plan to achieve this would be greatly appreciated.
I look forward to learning from this forum.
Thank you,
ZW
