I'm a 32 year old husband and father of 2. I've worked in advertising sales for the last 8 years and have been a home owner for 7. I'm looking to get started in investing yet have a low budget to work with. 

I'm looking for suggestions on how to utilize my connections with contractors & home builders to find investors for development of residential properties.
