Also I am intrigued about fix flips.

I am interested in house flipping and/or rental properties, I would love to team up with an established investor to partner up with to show me the ropes.

Hi all, I've successfully completed a couple fix/flip projects to generate some cash I'd like to put towards a quality multi-family.  

There are signs of neglect all over the property, and the 35k price tag is a best case scenario if we don't find more..I can get a newly flipped property across town with similar taxes and insurance that would rent around 550/mo and they are asking 42k.

How to wholesale Real Estate and flip contracts, etc.

I'm new to real estate investing, but I'm looking to concentrate on flipping a few homes a year as well as to grow a rental portfolio of 1 to 2 properties a year.  

We could be the star of Flipping Nightmares. 

For the short term we are looking to flip a house(s).
