Have you found any creative ways to access capital quickly without jumping through endless hoops?

That said, I have worked with hundreds of clients in the last few years who are involved in both long-term investing and flipping/wholesaling and I often recommend that people involved in both worlds simply avoid the issue entirely by keeping their flipping and wholesaling activities isolated from their long-term hold activity.

Its not a bad game to play, its just very different from the flip game.
