Hi All,

My name is Chris Lauer and I'm a newbie from Cockeysville, MD.  I'm new to real estate investing, but I'm looking to concentrate on flipping a few homes a year as well as to grow a rental portfolio of 1 to 2 properties a year.  I'm currently in software sales, but have a background in construction (my father was a small builder for 40+ years).  I also spent some time with a regional builder after college as a project manager taking homes from first dig through final inspection.  I'm looking to make connections in my local market in addition to learning as much as possible from the BP community.
