Over 6 years as a real estate consultant, I found that how to make money in Real Estate is controlling the deal/property. I started wholesaling in 2008, where I needed capital for money to begin investing. Came across an opportunity to be a real estate consultant , seeking off market real estate for Investors in NY. I've created a network of brokers, buyers and investors, but never had control of the asset, therefore it was very difficult to make money. I have now decided to become a Real Estate Investor in the NJ Real Estate market.I am seeking guidance, a mentor, private and hard money. Understanding how to locate deals in NJ. How to wholesale Real Estate and flip contracts, etc. What directions do I need to take to be successful?
