Mentor

Hello BP,

I have been on BP for about a month now and I have enjoyed listening to the podcasts, learning as much as possible.  I am very eager to get started and I am looking for a mentor.  I am interested in house flipping and/or rental properties, I would love to team up with an established investor to partner up with to show me the ropes.  Any advice on finding a mentor is appreciated.

Hey @Tryggvi Karl Larusson I recommend you go to a local REIA meetup to find other investors in your area. If you want them to mentor you, figure out what skills/experience you have to offer in exchange.
