In my 1st post I would like to share the apps I use and find out what apps BP members are using.1) sign my pad- sign docs from your tablet or phone.2) foxfi- free internet hotspot.3) cam scanner- takes pic of doc and saves it as a PDF to your computer.4) dropbox- gives you access to your docs anywhere via the cloud first 2gb are free.I need a good office suite to read and make exel docs if anyone knows one.Also I need an app that edits PDF files.

After going though that general one, but some specifically around plumbing and electrical.2) The internet - there are many sites that discuss various projects.

I found this forum after doing a quick internet search.

So far it's just been me doing searches on the internet, setting some criteria on rental listing sites and taking to agents rookie type stuff.

I'm not familiar with this breed but a search on the internet had it listed on one apartment complex's list of banned breeds.

My past experiences in Internet Marketing and the lack of competition in my area was what I felt would be my competitive edge.

People that rent today and have kids will search the internet to make sure there are no child predators in the neighborhood.

I think this may also be referring to the "proof of funds" or "pre-approval letters" people can print out on the internet.

If a buyer is a "closer", I always bring deals in front of those guys first.I also know a very successful broker who does his business "old school" and never touches the internet.
