How can I get a proof of funds letter to place bids with HUD
I'm trying to place 4 bids with HUD and they are requiring a proof of funds letter. Is there any suggestions on how to get one.

Just print out an online bank statement from an account in the name of the offering party that indicates a balance above the offer price.
