I have a 4 beds 3 baths in a nice community in Minneola / clermont FL. It's in a very good condition and i think i have a good realtor marketing it. but it has been on the market for close to 2 months. Any advice to get it rented quickly? Thanks!!!

If you can't get your property rented, 9 times out of 10 it's because the price is too high. Double check to make sure what you're asking is in line with the going market rents in the area.
