Dear BP Community,

I hope this message finds you all doing well. My name is Azeez Khan and by profession I am a management consultant turned into a real estate investor.

I am relatively new to the world of real estate investing and started out earlier this year (Jan 2013) by purchasing my first multi-family apartment here in the Old Fourth Ward/Inman park area in Atlanta. So far things are progressing as planned and learning things along the way thanks at large to the wealth of information available at BiggerPockets.

My current real estate goal is to acquire 5-7 multi-family properties (6-10 units) in the Atlanta area over the next 3-5 years. I am currently in the process of purchasing my second multi-family property (currently in due diligence period). Based on my career progression and maturity in real estate I want to explore opportunities on the commercial real estate side (purchasing Medical Offices, Development sites).

I look forward to being an active member or this community and learning from the amazing talent we have on BP. I am looking forward to networking with other real estate professionals in the Atlanta area and expanding my network and knowledge.

Finally, I want to thank you for taking the time to read my introduction and want to special thanks to @Joel Owens, @Brandon Turner for your guidance and articles.
