That way nobody's wasting any time.Brokers are pretty great because, yes they are middle men, but they broker to wholesaler lenders, not retail lenders.

I was in contact with the owner for years leading up to this, he lived on the east coast.

It's in the middle of no where so the rental market is super low.

Basically my contract is month to month and they are making me go to another manager in the middle of vacant properties, a vandalized property waiting for rehab etc.. is there anything I can do legally if my contract ends by the end of November?
