Condo Association Management?
Can anyone give me the 101 on condo association management (vs apartments)? Specifically, how do you charge and what pricing is normal in your area?
Some background: we're a growing property management company with 6 employees and a few hundred units under management and another 65ish units on the way. We've been offered to manage a 100 unit condo building in Portland and we're weighing the pros/cons over apartment and commercial rental units we currently manage. Any experience in condo management is appreciated!
