Short Term Rental in the Poconos

I am looking for to purchase my first STR in the Poconos/East Stroudsburg area. I have a couple properties in mind and am working on securing financing. I would like to work with a realtor from the area who is familiar with the local laws/restrictions that and which communities are best for an STR?vacation home. Does anyone have recommendations?
