I am a newbie to the REI world and genuinely loving the content on biggerpockets.

I'm genuinely confused on how to find commercial listings. 

If the guy genuinely wants to help you out, and isn't just some psycho trying to find a way to manipulate you or something, it could be a really good deal.I would suggest writing out terms though, as money situations often have a tendency to leave bruised feelings.

The lending issue could have been a genuine mistake.

There's a couple this month and they're free to attend.If you begin looking out of state, I'd still recommend partnering with someone you build a genuine relationship with and trust.

The real estate is located on an extremely busy corner of a prime avenue with a huge parking lot right across the street, the immediate area has a lot of hot real estate deals taking place at the moment, there will be a complete transformation to this area with investment and new business in the next 5 years.

This was a genuine opportunity devoted to helping people, like myself, who was searching to do something different, productive and rewarding, to obtain the tools and techniques to move forward in their lives successfully via real estate.I was also blessed to have Chad Chiniquy as my instructor and I can’t tell you how big of a difference that has made.
