New Commercial Realtor/Investor

David Saunders
Posted

Hello All,

I'm a newly licensed commercial agent. Does anyone have any tips/techniques that have helped them build a prospecting pipeline for commercial clients? I'm genuinely confused on how to find commercial listings.

This is typically something your broker should help you with @David Saunders.  If not, perhaps you with the wrong brokerage!  And if you’re a new agent, they may want you to work as a part of a team and of course take a greater split of your commission.  But to answer your question, it’s all about relationships. Get out there spread the word that your a Realtor on and off social media. And connect with residential realtors as they are often looking to refer out to commercial agents. What market are you in?
