I Finally finished all of the bigger pockets podcasts. All of them 413 Realestate, 148 money, 79 business, 35 rookie, and 18 daily.

This was my goal since late 2018.

In June I bought a duplex, and I’m getting ready to close a triplex. Will be close to $1200 a month in real cash flow after all expenses. I still like listening to the podcast when I come across some roadblocks with investing, to keep me in the right mindset. Imposter syndrome is what I am struggle of with now.

Goals for the next year will really be doing more networking, keeping property stabilized and looking for distressed property off market.

Good luck to all

I'm right there with you @Account Closed, I got about 250 in and haven't been able to turn on another one. It just started to feel like I had to listen to 60 minutes of average to hear one nugget of information. I've found some other podcasts that give a bit better ROI and have shifted that way.

@Eddie Ward - one of my 2020 goals was to do more networking. With COVID, it's been a struggle. One of my measuring tools of "networking" became measuring the number of 10 minute calls with people in real estate that I have never met before. Extra points if I can be of value to them or vice-versa. My goal was 1 per week, I think i'll finish the year around 60-70 calls.

The idea behind it was that the more people I can "speak / share my story with" the more people out there that will think of me when the time is right. Expanding the web, so to speak. Good luck!
