Is anyone familiar with Justin Williams and his program?

If so, what are your thoughts?

Personally guys I think that Justin teaches some great stuff. You can learn 90% of this from free resources all around the Internet and from other experienced investors. But just like anything else, time is money and sometimes it's worth it to pay a little bit (in this case $2k) to accelerate the work you're doing.

One thing that gets kind of old on BP is that people demonize teachers who are actually helping people get where they want to go. I love BP, it's been pivotal in the work I'm doing today, but remember that BP is a business too and they're paid for ever podcast sponsor and pro membership they sell.

We're all running businesses and business need to make revenue just remember if you're going to work with a teacher make sure they are doing what they teach (I.E. Justin Flips Houses).
