Finding a Partner for Wholesaling

I am a fairly new investor and a licenses Broker.  I am looking for someone to partner with on wholesale deals.  I am not trying to do anything without skin in the game.  I just want to make sure I learn the ropes from an experienced investor that is fair and genuine with the opportunity to help someone learn.  Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.  Also,  any thoughts on what I can offer this person as incentive to help me would also be helpful.
