Tenant had no gas for 8 weeks, she cooked with a microwave and warm showers aren't usually an issue in Arizona summer months.

What they are doing inspires me like crazy and found me at exactly the right time.So, who else is doing something like this?

I don't give a rats %$$& about a percentage since they tell me nothing...and lie to me at the same time.One person's 1% is another person's 1%.

Tenant of 3 months called me at 9:30 pm and said someone had broken a window in the house while she was in there. 

If I sign it puts me at risk of losing the contract deposit based on an arbitrary closing date set by whomever when my offer was accepted over 8/4 and not one person involved in this transaction on the sellers end responded to my emails or phone calls requesting a deal sheet and contract until 8/17 (2 weeks after the accepted offer). 

I owe him about 1K of the overall price (remember I paid for materials) so I wanted to leave some snag of meat on the bone.

The family so I plan ahead for a week so tasks like cooking and some other household thing would spend time to the minimum.

I generally prefer audiobooks over paperback because I love to listen while cooking, walking my dog, etc.
