Audio or Paperback for The Book on Flipping Houses

I generally prefer audiobooks over paperback because I love to listen while cooking, walking my dog, etc. The Book on Estimating Rehab Costs by J Scott has been far more useful to me in paperback form because the real value is in being able to flip to a specific section and find information quickly.  I am about to purchase The Book on Flipping Houses. Does anybody have any suggestions as to whether one form would be better than the other for this book? Thanks in advance!
